We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that cable cut to length and special order items cannot be returned.
We deliver across the North West of England and surrounding areas using our own in-house transport fleet. For deliveries outside our standard area, we use trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
